Kaitlynn is a board certified Registered Nurse in San Diego, California. She holds a Masters of Science in Nursing and is an IPHM certified Holistic and Naturopathic Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in healthcare and fitness. She began changing lives through promoting healthy lifestyle choices as a potential alternative to simply "masking" issues through quick fixes and premature pharmaceutical intervention. She integrates her expertise to help establish clients' physical, mental and aesthetic goals to address the whole person, not just the symptoms.
After years of navigating her own health challenges and learning firsthand how everyday habits shape the way we feel, her goal is to make evidenced-based, holistic wellness simple, sustainable and deeply personal.
